1. Acceptance

By clicking "Accept and start calculating", or by using the tools, you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the tools. The site's reading resources (Incoterms, containers, packaging, glossary) remain freely available.

2. What the calculator is

The load calculator is a free tool that estimates how packages fit in a container, based on the dimensions, weights and quantities you enter. It shows a 3D view and a suggested loading sequence, and lets you download a PDF load plan.

To use it you need to sign in once, with your Google account or with a code we email you. Calculations run in your browser.

3. Results are for guidance only

Results are an estimate, not a guarantee that the cargo will fit or travel that way. They depend on the data you enter and on standard container dimensions, which vary by carrier, condition and equipment model.

Among other things, the calculator does not account for axle weight distribution, road transport weight limits, stowage and lashing rules, dangerous goods regulations or special permits for out-of-gauge cargo.

Before booking, loading or shipping, check the plan with the carrier, trucker, customs broker and warehouse. Decisions about your cargo are your own.

4. Liability

The tools are provided free of charge and "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Orienta is not liable for damages or costs arising from their use or from relying on their results, such as cargo that does not fit, extra freight or containers, delays, fines or damage to goods.

Nothing here limits any rights you may have as a consumer under Argentine Consumer Protection Law 24,240, where applicable.

5. Proper use

When using the tools you agree to:

• provide truthful information when signing in;
• not use bots or automated systems for bulk calculations or downloads;
• not try to access other people's data or disrupt the site;
• not copy, resell or offer the tool as your own.

6. Access

Your access is personal. We may suspend it if we detect use contrary to these terms. You can stop using the tool and ask us to delete your data at any time (see the Privacy Policy).

7. Intellectual property

The tool, its design, texts and the ORIENTA brand belong to Orienta. You may use the PDF plans for your own operations and share them with your suppliers, carriers and customers, without removing the branding.

8. Personal data and news

How we handle your data is explained in the Privacy Policy. We only send you news if you ticked that option, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

9. Changes

We may change the tools or these terms. The current version is the one published on this page, with its date. If we make important changes, we will ask you to accept them again.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute shall be heard by the ordinary courts of the city of Córdoba, without prejudice to consumers' right to file claims in the courts of their own domicile.
